**Job Description:**
Join our team as a part*time Home Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes on a 13*week contract, with potential for extension.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high*quality nursing care and patient education.
* Collaborate on patient care plans.
* Use EMR systems; Home Care Home Base experience preferred.
* Maintain accurate documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Valid MA RN License and BLS Certification.
* 2+ years of Home Health RN experience.
* OASIS documentation experience preferred.
**Schedule:**
* 24 hours per week, day shifts.
* No on*call; flexibility to float if needed.
**Additional Information:**
* COVID*19 vaccination not required.
* Any scrub color acceptable.
